CAPACITY BUILDING
The clinic serves as a training camp for teams of interns who reside in housing provided by ICMC and who work long days and sometimes nights at the clinic under the tutelage of our doctors and nurses. Our goal is to provide on-going training for our Director, Midwives, and nurses to continue their training on specific medical equipment and for professional and medical procedures as necessary.
We provides medical exams, vaccinations, and school supplies to hundreds of children. Many people donate $35 monthly to support an orphan. Children attending school can count on a hot meal provided by our very generous Ivory Coast Mothers and Children donors. When the kids are malnourished, it causes damage to physical and cognitive development and besides, no child should ever go hungry.
Feed the children lunches at school. With malnutrition, anemia, malaria and the COVID 19 threatening them the children need to be fortified!
